About the Role: We are looking for a Business Partner Master Data Specialist to join our Gore Fabrics Digital Team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and business needs are met in relation to Customer account creation and maintenance.  You will support Internal Controls with separation of duties with respect to data maintenance and the execution of transactions.

 

This role will be located at our facility in Seoul, South Korea

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Be responsible for the accurate entry and change of customer and supplier records within Enterprise systems including verification of addresses, banking and tax id data, checking for duplicate records etc
  • Understand Country/Regional, Business, Divisional and Enterprise standards for data entry
  • Maintain knowledge of ERP and CRM systems specific to data setup including features, defaults, and structures
  • Troubleshoot system and record issues that impact downstream processes, including actively fixing identified Data Quality issue
  • Maintain established service levels for data maintenance, ensuring the needs of stakeholders are being met 
  • Develop deep knowledge of data field stakeholders and the impact of data changes to their processes
  • Continuously works to improve knowledge and scope of work related to customer and supplier records
  • Understand, and adheres to, requirements regarding segregation of duties and legal compliance related to data maintenance and internal controls
  • Maintain compliance with training expectations as required for this position

     

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in Customer Service, Sales Support, Procurement or Accounting function
  • Prior experience managing data across multiple systems, like ERP, CRM, etc.
  • Good spoken and written Korean and English
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Communication skills with the ability to work independently and virtually
  • Proven ability to handle multiple and competing priorities within expected Service Level Agreements
  • Ability to follow detailed processes with a consistent, high level of fidelity
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively form and support contribution of high performing teams; demonstrated ability to identify and drive opportunities for continual improvement
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
