Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or similar) OR minimum 5 years demonstrated experience with new product development processes or with digitally-enabled systems engineering processes
  • Prior experience executing data governance processes to make decisions, identify risks, and drive issues to resolution while aligning to Enterprise (corporate) and MPD (divisional) goals & objectives
  • Knowledge of and experience in core process concepts – such as process mapping/modeling, process frameworks, process analysis, process improvement, process sustainability, process measurement, and process governance
  • Demonstrated ability to understand multi-regional, business unit specific or divisional process and data requirements, and gain alignment to best practice standards with an ability and desire to transform business to a digital future
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence leaders and team members to drive decision making and outcomes and effectively facilitate discussions to gain alignment and resolve conflicts with multiple groups / cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability and aptitude to think analytically, problem solve and perform detail-oriented work
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate group meetings, drive projects to business decisions, influence broadly, work through ambiguity, understand varied audiences, and craft appropriate oral and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-driven and effectively prioritize and execute tasks with appropriate sense of urgency, to meet timelines
  • Ability to travel 15% of the time

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Business Process Management discipline, preferable education in Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Management or TQM
  • Experience in assessing readiness gaps for product life cycle management (PLM) and/or Idea To Market related digital systems such as Teamcenter, and implementing process management approach to the business
  • Experience establishing new capabilities (process, tools, and behaviors) to create business value

This position requires access to export-controlled areas and information. Candidates must be "U.S. persons" as that term is defined in 8 USC §1324b(a)(3).
