China Digital Marketing Associate
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2C digital marketing, with a focus on the China market; deep China market and consumer insight, preferably within the outdoor, sports, or related industries
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful B2C digital marketing campaigns in the China market
- Strong understanding of China digital marketing tools, platform (e.g., WeChat, RED, Weibo, Douyin, Baidu) and channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing and digital advertising
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market trends
- Ability to travel 20%
