Contract Manufacturing Quality Leader

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering OR a 2-year degree and significant medical device experience in a supplier quality assurance role or previous Contract Manufacturing related role
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in supplier or contract manufacturing quality assurance in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industry
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience developing and managing associate performance
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and improving quality assurance processes, vendor management, and scorecard methodology in a regulated setting
• Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices
• Understanding of current supplier quality-assurance techniques and supplier industry standards and their impact on internal procedures, supplier quality, and the vendor management program
• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in interacting with contacts at all levels, including project teams, vendors, and regulatory authorities
• Ability to travel 25% manager

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Contract Manufacturing in a medical device company
• Certified auditor or experience leading supplier-vendor quality audits
