Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business and minimum of 3 years of finance and business analysis experience  
  • Experience working with large sets of data and deriving insights
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills, including success with working in cross-functional teams
  • Identify best practices and influence teams to incorporate into standard business rhythm
  • Can effectively communicate complex information across a broad range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools   
  • Ability to work independently and deliver self-driven results
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and integrate across project and functional teams  
  • Ability to travel up to 15

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in a global manufacturing environment
  • Exposure to Cognos, TM1 or similar financial system tools, ERP systems, and Monte Carlo / risk-based modeling software
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
