Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Medical Device Sales. Ideally with a medical engineering or clinical background in the Cardiac or Vascular Interventional or Orthopaedics environment. Degree educated in a science, technical or clinical discipline. 
  • Proactive, self-motivated and an excellent relationship builder. 
  • Strong communication and commercial skills including the ability to negotiate and influence 
  • Passionate about medical device sales 
  • Natural team-playing qualities 
  • Ability to become a specialist and a consultative partner for our customers 
  • Ability to proactively plan, deliver and follow up with customers, with proven skills enabling you to prioritize and drive the business to success 
  • Ability to undertake travel across UK as needed (travel time: 70%) – to support the clinical needs of our customers, to attend sales meetings, conferences, and trainings
