Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a medical device Field Sales representative, preferably with a medical engineering or clinical background in the interventional Hernia and Bariatric environment 
  • Ideally degree educated in a science, technical or clinical discipline 
  • Passionate about clinical sales 
  • Possess extensive commercial skills enabling you to present and negotiate effectively to a wide variety of people 
  • Proactive, self-motivated and well organised 
  • Ability to analyse and understand the market to successfully plan objectives, strategies and actions according to the business unit guidelines 
  • Flexible work ethic, reacting to customer requirements 
  • A team-player, naturally interacting with other associates across Europe on a regular basis 
  • The role requires a willingness to undertake extensive travel within the UK, also internationally, to sales meetings, congresses and for training; easy access to an international airport within the territory is therefore essential
