Global Account Director, MarCom
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of integrated marketing experience with a strong digital focus in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience showing outstanding negotiation, influencing and partnership skills
- Proven strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead development of impactful Marketing Communications Plans that target specific customers, drive them to action, deliver on business results, and incorporate the needs of multiple regions
- Demonstrated ability to forge relationships with stakeholder partners, cross-functional and cross-regional members
- Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration with external agencies on the creation of major campaigns, strategies, and messaging to meet business objectives with target customers
- Demonstrated ability to understand the Marketing Tech Stack, recommend actions that deliver measurable results (e.g. web, CRM, sales channel, digital, email, social, etc.), and use of metric/KPIs related to marketing activities
- Demonstrated ability to simplify the complex, present to internal and external audiences, and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working in a global organization and with multinational teams
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 15%
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working in major markets of US and additionally Europe, Japan, or China
