Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree education in Finance, Accounting or other business-related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of Finance or Business Analyst experience
  • Prior experience in performing financial modelling, strategic planning, and KPI dashboards to influence and evaluate financial performance
  • Understand data / reporting structures to aid in financial reporting needs
  • Working knowledge of accounting concepts in US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and inventory costing methods
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills, including success with working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work effectively in a global environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or other equivalent degree in post graduate education
  • Experience in a global manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of COGNOS, TM1, Tableau, Power BI, SAP or other similar financial analytics tool.
