GORE-TEX Finance Analyst Leader
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree education in Finance, Accounting or other business-related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of Finance or Business Analyst experience
- Prior experience in performing financial modelling, strategic planning, and KPI dashboards to influence and evaluate financial performance
- Understand data / reporting structures to aid in financial reporting needs
- Working knowledge of accounting concepts in US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and inventory costing methods
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills, including success with working in cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work effectively in a global environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Desired Qualifications:
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or other equivalent degree in post graduate education
- Experience in a global manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of COGNOS, TM1, Tableau, Power BI, SAP or other similar financial analytics tool.
