HR Business Partner
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years work experience in a HR Business Partner/Generalist role
- Demonstrated experience and capability in leadership coaching, complex facilitation, conflict resolution, change management, organizational design and development
- Strong working knowledge of human resources practices and processes
- Strong inter-personal relationship and communication skills, written and verbal
- Influencing skills, and ability to work across a matrix organization
- Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative in identifying and anticipating business leaders needs
- Ability to lead programs to include DE&I programs and leadership courses
- Ability to establish credibility (garners respect, acts with integrity, keeps commitments); proactive (has a point of view, challenges assumptions, takes initiative); and a trusted thought-partner (builds relationships, delivers results)
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of progressively complex HR experience to include but not limited to Employee Relations, Compensation, and Organizational Design
