About the Role: We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide best in class order management services for our brand customers and factories. This is a temporary role with 24 months contract.

This role will be located at our facility in Shenzhen,China. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle China accounts, receive & process orders, contract review, delivery confirmation and customer complaints
  • Manage orders effectively & timely in compliance with our Global procedures and agreed service levels
  • Collect feedback from factories / customers, identify issues and implement solutions with input of international team
  • Collaborate with sales teams in forecast management, and order intake progress tracking
  • Coordinate training and onboarding for non-certified manufactures
  • Monitor backlog movement and track the customer payment schedule
  • Support the sales team by optimizing process and tools to improve efficiency

     

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales operation, sales support, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
  • Familiarity with ERP system, and good at Microsoft office application
  • Good spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Organized & detail-oriented with good communication & negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and logistic
  • Ability to travel up to 5%

     

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience in garment or footwear industry is an advantage
