Korea Defense Field Sales Associate
About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and passionate Field Sales Associate to join our Fabrics team for the Korea Military market. In this role, you will effectively manage all aspects of responsible Defense customers across Head-to-Toe product forms.
This role will be located in Seoul, Korea.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales process to meet or exceed sales targets
- Formulate strategies & setting plans including market research, competitor analysis and identify opportunities for business growth
- Manage project in collaboration with cross functional resources
- Manage supply chain partnership for successful project implementation
- Manage tender including support of documentation in collaboration with internal teams & external partners
- Sustain the existing projects and identifying/pursuing new project opportunities with partners.
- Cooperate to prepare specifications with Product Specialists/AppEs
- Sustain and developing communication channels with end users and customers
- Manage accounts including licensing
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience on military or government-related market
- Solid experience on selling/influencing internally or externally in B2G or B2B environment
- Project based business experience; experience on tender businesses
- Fluence of using MS Office/Hangul; fluent in English for daily & business environment
- Excellent presentation skills in Korean & English
- Influencing skills & exploring skills; excellent communication skills
- Active listening and able to identify end users’ problems & needs
- Gore culture fit
- Ability to travel 20%-30%

- Experience in textile or garment industry; experience in technical footwear business; experience in international companies
