Lean Practitioner
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Management, or minimum of 5 years of successful work experience in Operations Leadership and or Continuous Improvement
- Minimum of 3 years experience implementing Continuous Improvement, Lean, and/or six sigma applications
- Demonstrated lean or operational excellence proficiency including experience implementing and coaching Daily Management, Problem Solving, Gemba practice, Standard Work, and statistical analysis
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with ability to transparently communicate and relate to people at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach, lead and influence both individually and broadly across the company (including leading leaders)
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate kaizen, diverse problem solving and improvement events and the ability to develop and deliver effective training materials, simulations, and exercises
- Ability to travel up to 15%
Desired Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent lean certification
- Knowledge & understanding of high technology processes / medical industry / regulated businesses
