Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2C marketing communication, with a focus on the China market and integrated marketing communications
  • Deep local market and consumer insight, preferable on outdoor, sports category experiences
  • Proven experience in managing successful B2C integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese digital platforms (e.g., WeChat, RED, Weibo, Douyin, Baidu) and consumer behavior
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
  • Ability to translate data and insight into actionable strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

      

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree preferred
