Medical Education Liaison (f/m/d), Central Europe - Home Office
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or certification with a medical, science, technical, or business/marketing focus
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales, marketing, product management, or clinical training/support role in the cardiovascular medical device industry
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with KOLs to plan and execute clinically-oriented training and education events
- Demonstrated ability to learn and utilise clinical information
- Proven ability to build relationships with clinician customers, in particular key physician thought leaders
- Demonstrated success influencing across cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in challenging negotiations both internally and externally
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, within Europe
- Excellent command of the German language; speaking, reading, writing and negotiation skills
- Business English speaking, reading and writing skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in medicine, science, engineering or marketing
- Experience with annual planning of HCP training and education events, including use of Annual Needs Assessments or similar tools
- Experience working with vascular surgery products
