New Product Development Engineer
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science field with a minimum of 2 years of direct hands-on experience in a product, technology, or engineering role post-graduation
- Demonstrated ability to apply engineering fundamentals to development, optimization, and troubleshooting activities with a proven track record of being “hands-on” and driving projects towards completion
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple commitments in an environment of quickly adjusting priorities
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other teams and functions to solve problems
- Ability to document, communicate, and present technical bodies of work both internally and externally
- Ability to identify potential failure modes, assess root cause, and improve product performance
- Ability to advance a technology or process through product realization and commercialization
- Ability to embrace a technical curiosity and initiative that leads to deeper understanding
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Desired Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of direct hands-on experience in a product, technology, or engineering role post-graduation
- Advanced degree in science or engineering
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a regulated quality system
