Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex programs and/or portfolios
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting large organizational change efforts; strong understanding of OCM fundamentals
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to navigate between the big picture and details
  • Ability to influence throughout all levels of the organization and paint a shared picture of the future
  • Ability to resolve conflict and negotiate trade-offs while not losing sight of the required business outcomes
  • Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing virtual environment across time zones
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and writing skills with capability to translate complex information into business impacts to create clear plans, uncover hidden challenges, and resolve issues 
  • Ability to travel intermittently will be required to participate in meetings (up to 20% per month) based on location

Desired Qualifications:  

  • Prior experience with global SAP implementations
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Certification and/or education in change management
