Pattern Engineer (f/m/d) – GOREWEAR Garments
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Garment Engineering, Pattern Making, Textile Management and Technology or similar
- Minimum 3 years experience of product development, ideally with a focus on premium cycling, running or outdoor garments
- Profound knowledge of garment development principles and practices
- Problem solver mentality with very good analytical and listening skills
- Curiosity about technologies, self-motivated and a passion for understanding and improving technical endurance gear and layering systems
- Team-player qualities combined with the all-important ability to convince others of new ideas
- A background of working in an international environment
- Excellent English skills, any another language would be an asset
- Ability to set project timelines or work within given timelines
- Ability to travel ~10-20% of the time
