Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years work experience specifically leading the design, implementation, and governance of an organization-wide performance management process
  • Demonstrated change management skills including the ability to collaborate and influence across stakeholder groups, businesses, leadership levels and regions
  • Demonstrated track record of quality orientation (i.e., shows concern for all aspects; checks processes and tasks for accuracy; seeks out opportunities for improving processes, outcomes, or products)
  • A history of delivering outstanding results in new or challenging first-time situations
  • Actively demonstrates Gore’s guiding principles and fosters an environment of inclusion, authenticity, and humility
  • Communicates directly and effectively with Associates to resolve challenges regardless of their role or difference of opinion
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing conditions and deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to travel 10%

  

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with SuccessFactors Performance & Goals solution
  • Experience leading an organizational performance management process change effort
