Project / Program Manager (f/m/d) Fabrics Supply Chain
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g. Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Project Management) AND Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince 2) OR willingness to complete such a certification
- Minimum 5 years proven experience as a complex, cross-functional Project and Program Manager in a Supply Chain environment, preferably global in nature
- In-depth knowledge of project, portfolio and change management methodologies & tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and projects
- Demonstrated interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build, maintain and influence relationships across the organization
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions and make sound decisions
- Fluent in English and German
Desired Qualifications:
- Supply Chain certification (e.g., APICS CSCP/CTSC)
- Experience in strategic planning and risk management
