Quality and Environmental Management Systems Coordinator
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years experience with ISO:9001 Quality Management Systems and ISO:14001 Environmental Management Systems
- A minimum of 3 years experience in auditing ISO:9001 and ISO:14001
- Certified lead auditor to ISO:9001 and ISO:14001
- Experience in creating and maintaining aspects and impacts register in accordance with ISO:14001
- Experience leading 3rd party audits by following developed audit plans, assigning audit tasks, conducting audit meetings, defining corrective actions, and managing follow-up activities
- Demonstrated interpersonal and team skills, including customer interaction in person, by phone, or email to support audit team tasks
- Strong computer skills; experienced with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to contribute within a team, actively engage and partner with manufacturing, leadership and technical Associates
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with using/ creating a digitized register of aspects and impacts in accordance too ISO: 14001. Additionally, experience with ISO: 45001 Occupational Health and Safety
- CQA with ASQ and/or textile related experience
- Experience in Lotus Notes, SAP
