Regulated Manufacturing Technician
Required Qualifications:
- Experience setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting compression molding equipment
- Experience with regulated process documentation and GMPs (e.g., batch records, process logs)
- Demonstrated effective verbal communication skills and effective written communication skills
- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn more advanced systems, manage computer files, examples: Outlook, Excel, & Word, JMP, etc
- Proven attention to detail and ability to focus on primary commitments by being highly organized and managing multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, with the ability to effectively work independently, as well as within a team environment, with the ability to positively influence team members
- Demonstrated ability to cross-train, performing a variety of tasks and driving personal development plan
- Demonstrated ability to rigorously adhere to SOP’s and written work instructions with demonstrated ability to learn new procedure and techniques quickly
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs, bend, sit, or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability and willingness to work overtime and receive training on other shifts to support business needs
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in R&D production and/or process development with the ability to partner with engineering on process improvement
- Experience transacting in an MES system (Camstar/Compass preferred)
