Sales Contracts & Offers Specialist (f/m/d) German & English
About the Role: We are looking for a Sales Contracts and Offers specialist (f/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the offer and sales contract administration for all our Medical Products in Germany and Austria.
This position will be located at our facility in Barcelona, Spain, with work from home days possible as part of a hybrid arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
This is a temporary position for 6 months.
- Respond to customer requests regarding prices, sales statistics and delivery terms of our products in the Central European market (mostly Germany and Austria)
- Ownership to drive the implementation of efficient business processes
- Collate the requested information from a range of different sources within Gore and ensure high quality and accurate information
- Ensure the renewal and extension of existing contracts and offers, driving all processes to completion, within specific timescales
- Track and record all contracts and offers and liaise with internal partners, like customer service and sales
- Ensure that pricing data is correct and provide product related information when required
- Work on projects to improve the quality of our business processes leading to a better efficiency and enhanced quality of our services as perceived by our customers
- Proactively resolve complex problems/requests
- Interact with different functions across various European/US locations and cultures
- Follow quality system policy, procedures, and objectives
Required Qualifications:
- University/bachelor level education preferred a/o with relevant experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy plus good judgement and analytical skills
- Outstanding organisational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to work with deadlines
- Able to interact effectively with customers and a range of functions including Field sales, regulatory, product specialists, pricing, and legal teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Approximately 5% travel
Desired Qualifications:
- Ideally a strong background of pricing, offers and contracts management, preferably within the health sector
- Swedish, Norwegian or Danish or other European language would be a plus
