SITKA® Environmental Designer
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Experiential Design, Interior Design, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful retail projects and/or brand activations
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading internal and contract creatives
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of spatial design principles, retail architecture, and visual merchandising
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Versatile and innovative problem solver with a proven track record of delivering successful initiatives on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic goals
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, leadership, and retail partners
- Familiarity with fabrication processes and materials used in retail environments
- Travel up to 25%
