SITKA® Gear Senior Product Line Manager - Footwear
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years experience as a product manager with an emphasis on technical footwear/boot brands or combination of relevant experience OR a similar education and a minimum of 8 years experience as a product manager with an emphasis on technical footwear/boot brands or relevant experience
- Outstanding footwear acuity, with strong knowledge of the hunting consumer’s sphere of influence
- Experience managing product lines across multiple seasons simultaneously while maintaining holistic data integrity
- Demonstrated success leveraging market research and consumer insights to uncover product growth opportunities
- Experience utilizing a PLM software in daily operations
- Experience facilitating productive team meetings and presenting in front of large groups
- Highly effective communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrate ability to influence or engage others
- Demonstrated strategic-mindset and task-oriented nature
- Ability to travel up to 15%
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Centric PLM Software
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end footwear product creation process, including sourcing, operations, and demand planning
