Strategic Sourcing Manager

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in general business management, or supply chain management or equivalent professional qualification 
  
• 5 years’ experience in a Strategic Sourcing Manager role
  
• Strategic mindset capable of translating organizational and functional needs and goals into an executable work plan
  
• Leadership skills with demonstrated ability to set a direction and hold other business partners accountable for the delivery of workflows
  
• Demonstrated ability to create, implement and execute a Category and supporting Supplier sourcing strategies
  
• Demonstrated capability to drive difficult supplier negotiations to successful outcomes
  
• Experience developing and executing supplier performance and risk management workflows
  
• Fluent written/verbal English and Chinese
  
• Ability to ravel up to 20% within region (China/Taiwan and others)

    

Desired Qualifications: 

• Experience within Textile processing industries
  
• Working knowledge of Sustainability and Social Compliance 
  
• Project Management skills
