About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Vascular (Peripheral & Visceral) Brand Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the portfolio of products across the Peripheral & Visceral (Vascular) category in Australia and New Zealand, with the potential for support in other regions. You will develop, maintain and execute brand plans within the Peripheral & Visceral (Vascular) category, in collaboration with global and cross-functional teams to integrate marketing disciplines with external focus to advance business objectives. You will be tasked with supporting the approval and adoption of new products and technologies within the region. You will ensure fitness for use for the various products and develop winning product strategies that engage cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, clinical affairs, regulatory, and business. 

  

This role will be located at our facility in Australia. 

  

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute regional brand plans for the Peripheral & Visceral (Vascular) category & product portfolio in support of global strategies and business objectives
  • Understand, define, and integrate voice of customer, market needs, and competitive landscape to advance business objectives and develop sales enablement tools
  • Collaborate to develop regional forecasts and investments in support of long-term profitability goals; anticipate and respond to regional market challenges and opportunities
  • Forecast and monitor marketing investments; track, evaluate, and report on KPIs & ROI for marketing strategies
  • Stay informed with industry developments (e.g. MTAA, MTANZ, Pharmacy, Prostheses List etc.) to ensure alignment with strategy, current topics, and best practices
  • Own and coordinate with Global Brand Managers and Global Product Specialists the regional lifecycle management efforts to include demand plans to optimize inventory levels, field actions, pricing review processes and strategies and identification of product growth and expansion opportunities in region, including new or evolving product use considerations
  • Responsible for regional product launch including sales channel training plans, adaptation of global promotional materials, launch metrics and reporting
  • Manage fitness for use, develop and maintain product / clinical training content for delivery to customers, business partners and Gore Associates with training facilitation as required
  • Support regulatory, marketing and product development activities via clinical literature reviews, presentation reviews, in-house clinical evaluations and study protocols
  • Ensure compliance with global and regional regulations and rapid resolution of product surveillance issues

      

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science PLUS at least 5 years of marketing experience in the medical device industry
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating, influencing and leading cross functional teams
  • Experience in reading and interpreting scientific or clinical publications and data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for driving commercial product strategies in competitive markets
  • Deep understanding of the Australian & New Zealand medical device regulatory and reimbursement environment
  • Ability to travel up to 40% including international travel  

      

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience in the entire product life cycle of medical devices
  • Advanced knowledge of the treatment of Peripheral & Visceral Vascular Disease
  • Experience working within a product specialist/product management function
