Category Lead: Information Technology (Indirect Procurement)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years demonstrated Procurement experience with minimum 5 years experience in one of the following: Category Management or Strategic Procurement activities
- Previous global Information Technology Software, Hardware, telecommunications and IT Services support Procurement Strategic experience
- Responsible for ensuring the supply market analysis are developed for Information Technology by Level 2 categories including Supplier Diversity and ESG in support of Enterprise Goals
- Lead the creation and execution of category strategies in alignment with Operating Company goals by collaborating with Indirect Operating Company functional team leads
- Directly negotiate enterprise-wide contracts or agreements of significant value
- Direct Middle Office activities in direct application toward category strategies: Spend Analytics, Total Cost of Ownership, Supplier Performance and Risk Management, Procurement Policy Development/Governance
- Provide Direction to Managed Service Strategic Sourcing Category Managers, Indirect Procurement Category Managers and Procurement Specialists across all Operating Companies and Specialty Groups
- Demonstrated ability to drive savings and value within the Information Technology Category
- Demonstrated ability to enable Change with a Growth mindset toward Industry Standard practices
- Ability to travel 20%
Desired Qualifications:
- CPSM, CPM, SPSM or similar certification
- Previous people leadership preferred
