July - December 2025 Supply Chain Co-Op Opportunities
About the Role: We are looking for talented hands-on students to support a variety of supply chain opportunities within our Gore Medical Business. The ideal candidates will have demonstrated the initiative to apply supply chain fundamentals to technical challenges and successfully navigate ambiguity to solve problems and deliver results. As a supply chain co-op at Gore, you will typically work in cross-functional project teams focused on a common goal. The ability to partner with other disciplines and adapt to the latest technology are essential.
This Co-op opportunity will be located at one of our facilities in Phoenix, Arizona and will require you to work on site in a hybrid work arrangement. We offer a relocation allowance for those that are eligible.
Co-op projects span our various supply chain disciplines, including:
- Planning
- Procurement
- Logistics
- Manufacturing Systems support
- Sales Operations
Pay and Benefits:
- $23 - $28 per hour
- Factors considered in extending an offer within this pay range include (but not limited to) education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a B.S. or M.S. degree program in Supply Chain Management and successful completion of at least the sophomore year of college prior to start of co-op with the intent to continue pursuit of degree upon completion of the co-op term.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month term from July-December 2025.
- Ability to appropriately adapt and respond effectively in real time to changing situations and circumstances.
- Ability to navigate complex situations and analyze diverse data to identify what is critical and solve problems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and fairly with others, leveraging collective expertise to achieve shared goals.
- Demonstrates integrity and authenticity to gain the confidence and trust of others by consistently following through on commitments and aligning actions with words.
- Demonstrates a strong interest and ability to continuously learn and grow and a willingness to take on work that expands capabilities.
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) in various circumstances, aligned to audience needs. Actively listens and fosters the sharing of ideas from others.
- Consistently achieves results by holding oneself accountable and overcoming obstacles to accomplish objectives.
- Ability to build and maintain cross-functional networks with people to achieve objectives.
