SAP Test Lead
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an SAP Test LEAD in complex, large scale implementations
- Minimum of 2 SAP projects with proven ownership of Full end-to-end testing (strategy, detailed planning, resourcing, execution, defect resolution, closeout)
- In-depth expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proven ability to influence key stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and technical teams, to drive alignment on test strategy and priorities
- Expertise in planning and tracking all phases of SAP testing with a focus on delivering high-quality results within project timelines and resource constraints
- Excellent communication skills with proven leadership abilities in managing test teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with project goals
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure test activities are well-coordinated across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all test cases, documentation, and defect tracking are thorough, accurate, and aligned with project requirements
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving for resolving complex issues
- Ability to travel 25%, if applicable
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Focus Build/ Solution Manger Testing tool
- Experience with automated testing tools, including Tricentis
