Manufacturing Operator

Required Qualifications: 

• Proficient in the use of computer systems & software
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven track record of quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to change
• Demonstrated ability to follow process documentation
• Demonstrated ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex equipment
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems, with a history of process improvements
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with a high degree of quality standards
• Ability & willingness to work off shift for an extended period of time, with the ability to work overtime or other shifts as needed
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

Desired Qualifications: 

• Cable braiding experience
• Experience using a manufacturing execution system (MES)

This position requires access to export-controlled areas and information. Candidates must be "U.S. persons" as that term is defined in 8 USC §1324b(a)(3).
