Application Engineer Footwear

Required Qualifications: 

• Minimum of five years of work experience in the footwear, sports, and/or material suppliers to the industry
• Proven customer service experience
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence while consulting
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize commitments
• Proven ability to develop a deep understanding of what the customers value and how to deliver it
• Ability to travel up 50% (primarily within the Americas – with occasional overseas travel)

Desired Qualifications: 

• Global collaboration or interaction experience
• Experience leading technical projects/teams
• Multilingual skills
