Lean Specialist
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Supply Chain or minimum of 5 years equivalent experience implementing improvements in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using CI Tools to solve problems and make improvements with positive results
- Project Management Experience
- Self-motivated and demonstrated success in closing projects with sustainable results
- Strong knowledge of CI Principles, systems, and tools
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to facilitate diverse problem solving and improvement events
- Demonstrated ability to influence both teams and individuals (including influencing leaders and applying a hands-on approach when appropriate)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and effectively deliver training materials and exercises to cross functional teams
- Ability to travel up to 5%
Desired Qualifications:
- Lean or Six Sigma Experience
- General understanding of the Shingo Model Framework
