Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business or Operations with a minimum of 5 years experience in supplier or customer relationship management, business operations, quality engineering OR a minimum of 5 years experience in purchasing, procurement operations, and related topics 
  • Experience with supplier relationship management establishing expectations, fairly addressing performance or quality issues, and holding others accountable
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to effectively work cross functionally
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Proficient understanding of Category Management and Strategic Sourcing experience
  • Project management Experience and good technical understanding and acumen
  • SAP experience

 

This position requires access to export-controlled areas and information. Candidates must be "U.S. persons" as that term is defined in 8 USC §1324b(a)(3).
