About the Role: We are looking for a Sales Leader (f/m/d) who will develop our position in the Vascular (Aortic and Peripheral) and Cardiac marketplaces into market leader, leading our sales team in Poland.

 

This is a remote position, and you can work from your home office in most locations within Poland. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsibility for leading a high performing sales team in charge of Gore’s high quality, innovative Vascular and Cardiac medical device products portfolio
  • Develop followership from the team and lead by example, ensuring our sales team has all the tools (physical tools, training, knowledge, and support) necessary to sell in a competitive environment
  • Conduct coaching to support our sales team
  • Together with the sales team, develop our position in the marketplace into market leader across our full portfolio of focus
  • Analyze and understand the market to successfully plan objectives, strategies, and actions according to the business unit
  • Proactively build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Attendance of international and regional congresses and implementation of local sales promotion activities
  • Collate and feedback timely market insights to our European sales leadership and marketing leadership teams
  • Manage sales overhead for the team
  • Drive profitable revenue growth in region

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Polish Vascular Medical Device marketplace with a strong passion for team leadership and developing business
  • Minimum 5 years experience leading a sales team
  • Passionate about medical device sales
  • Strong commercial skills including the ability to negotiate and influence
  • Excellent relationship builder
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Written and verbal fluency in Polish and English is required
  • Natural team-playing qualities
  • Ability to travel Poland wide to support all Team Members 
  • Proven ability to prioritize and drive the business to success
  • Ability to undertake regular domestic travels in Poland (approx. 4 out of 5 days a week) and internationally to sales meetings, conferences, and trainings
