Senior Process Engineer
Required Qualifications:
- B.S. or above in engineering or science (Polymer, Chemical, electronic, Mechanical, Material, Auto) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of process engineering experience in electronic, auto is highly desirable
- Have solid knowledge and skills of engineering fundamentals, demonstrated ability to apply them to fulfill daily commitment
- Track record of success in driving/supporting engineering projects for process design/development, product/process validation, operational performance improvement, etc.
- Strong team player, matured personality with ability to communicate and set up network with a broad range of functional teams and influence team members effectively
- Self-motivated and directed with the ability to prioritize multiple projects on aggressive timelines
- Excellent influence skills
- Eager and fast to learn new things
- Excellent command of English in business environment
- Ability to travel up to 15% (if applicable)
Desired Qualifications:
- Multinational company working experience is preferred
- Web handling knowledge or die cutting industry experience and knowledge
