Energy Manager EMEA (f/m/d)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Energy Management, Energy Technology, Supply Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in energy management or energy technology
• Minimum 5 years’ experience developing and executing demanding projects including appropriate communications to stakeholders
• Mature judgement and experience working on complex topics
• Demonstrated skills in influencing others and building collaborative and productive working relationships across functions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
• Ability to effectively lead virtual or dispersed project teams and motivate others in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Willingness to travel up to 10 %

• Influence and facilitate teams without direct organizational authority
