IT Technology and Operations Leader
About the Role: We are looking for a Technology and Operations Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of senior leaders and technologists to create the strategic vision for Information Technology, Operations, and IT Services for Gore Medical. You will be expected to foster innovation for infrastructure, operations, IT project management, IT services, IT quality assurance, and enterprise architecture. You will lead a highly skilled and experienced team in the execution of strategic objectives and align to the broader Gore Medical Digital IT priorities and objectives, including investment management and operations planning activities.
This position will be located at any of our facilities in Phoenix or Flagstaff, Arizona, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
- Lead a team to consolidate a strategic vision and framework for Infrastructure (including Cloud), Operations, Enterprise Architecture, as well as IT services, project management, and quality assurance
- Create an engaging environment where Associates can exercise the Gore Principles to contribute in meaningful ways and succeed in commitments
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline
Desired Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline
This position requires access to export-controlled areas and information. Candidates must be "U.S. persons" as that term is defined in 8 USC §1324b(a)(3).
