SAP Solution Lead for Record to Report
About the Role: We are looking for an SAP Solution Delivery Lead for Record-to-Report streams who will manage, improve, and govern finance solution for our GMP. You will act both as SAP technical lead, ensuring successful delivery of transformation projects (with particular focus on S/4HANA implementation across multiple locations worldwide), changes, and partnering with Business Value Stream Lead (VSL) to deliver and continuously improve the high standards of application services for our global business stakeholders.
This position will be located at our facility in Phoenix, Arizona, or in any of our Elkton, Maryland facilities, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
- Lead SAP RTR Team: Provide leadership to a functional team that specializes in SAP configuration, implementation, and support
- Establish clear expectations of equitable and inclusive behaviors from Associates and act immediately to appropriately address negatively impactful or unfair behavior
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in large scale SAP Implementations
- Strong knowledge and experience of SAP modules, including GL, AP, AR, Banking integration, Product Costing, Asset Accounting, and Margin Analysis Modules
- Integration experience with S/4HANA Sales & Distribution, Material Management and Manufacturing Modules

- Ability to travel domestic and international up to 25%
