SAP Manufacturing Solutions Lead
About the Role: We are looking for an SAP Manufacturing Solutions Lead to drive the development and implementation of SAP Production Planning (PP) Quality Management (QM) solutions, ensuring seamless integration of production and quality control processes to optimize manufacturing efficiency. You will be responsible for delivery of the team’s deliverables: define, analyze and implement business processes, configure SAP and possible integrations, test and guide the deliverables towards the go live. This person will also need to demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and possess strong business acumen as well as demonstrate the ability to assimilate to new knowledge.
This position will be located at our facility in Phoenix, Arizona, or any of our Elkton, Maryland facilities, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the conception and execution of SAP PP QM solutions and foster collaboration with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment with manufacturing objectives

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ Years proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP solutions in PP and QM modules
- Multiple Implementations experience with S/4HANA
- Experience participating in SAP deployment and sustainment activities
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and provide ongoing support to end-users
- Demonstrated experience with client interaction and strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create and support inclusion in your work environment
- Ability to travel up to 25%
